We ship fast and cut through the noise. You'll own features end-to-end across our React frontend and Python backend, moving quickly without unnecessary process. We use AI tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and expect you to be comfortable leveraging them to move faster. Your work ships to real customers, not a backlog.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain features across our web application and API services
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate machine learning models into production
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
• Iterate quickly across backend and frontend to ship features within days, not weeks

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience with Python and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• Proficient with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) and use them daily
• Bias for action—you ship fast and iterate rather than over-plan

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads and booking meetings. You'll learn the full sales cycle, work directly with leadership, and have a clear path to a closing role as we grow.

What You Will Do

• Research and identify potential customers in target industries
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound leads and understand their document processing needs
• Schedule product demos and discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Interest in B2B SaaS and enterprise software
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work more efficiently

You'll own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal. That means helping customers actually succeed with DocuPipe, not just checking boxes. You'll work closely with product and engineering to make sure customer feedback shapes what we build.

What You Will Do

• Onboard new customers and guide them through implementation
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with accounts
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues
• Train users on new features and best practices
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion
• Gather feedback and work with product to prioritize improvements

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical users
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with customer success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar) is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work more efficiently

• Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred)
• Experience with transformer architectures and large language models
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Comfortable using AI assistants and tools to accelerate research and development
• Bias for shipping—you'd rather deploy and iterate than perfect in isolation
