This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected by Hoss, Inc. (“DocuPipe”, “we”, “our”) about California residents in their capacity as customers or users of our services. It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain your personal information, and what rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
This Privacy Notice covers your personal information that we collect when you interact with our services—for example, when you sign up for an account, use our website, or contact support. It does not cover the contents of documents you upload to DocuPipe, or any data extracted from those documents through our processing services.
When you upload documents to DocuPipe for parsing and analysis, those files and their extracted contents are processed solely on your behalf. You retain full ownership and control over that data. DocuPipe acts only as a processor of your uploaded documents and extractions. We do not use, access, share, analyze, or retain that content for our own business purposes.
Extracted document data is stored in your account so that you can manage it, export it, or delete it at any time. DocuPipe will never use document extractions for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any third-party sharing.
Below are the categories of your personal information that we collect in connection with providing and operating your DocuPipe account. This does not include uploaded documents or extracted content.
